Inside the Leuven ring road, within walking distance of all the beauty that the vibrant heritage city of Leuven has to offer, you will find STUDY-O. The name Study-o refers with a wink to studying - something that happens a lot, or sometimes perhaps not enough, in Leuven - because the city also houses a world-famous university.
Study-o is a modern and recently renovated place to stay in a quiet city district where both tourists and business travelers are welcome. Very comfortable alone or with two. Ideal for couples or friends. Families are also welcome: the sofa bed and a baby cot provide sleeping space for the little ones.
Study-o is more than a studio:
it is an apartment of 40 m²
with separate bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen
which was furnished in a very practical and contemporary way
so you have everything at hand for a carefree stay.
STUDY-O IN A NUTSHELL
Living space and kitchen
This room includes a (sleeping) sofa, tv with Google Chromecast, a dining room table and a balcony. Study-o does not offer meals, but you can easily prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, small hob, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Otherwise there is always Deliveroo or the pizza shop around the corner.

WHERE TO FIND US
Study-o is located within the Leuven ring road in the residential area 'het nieuw kwartier'.

Study-o is easily accessible by car. Leuven is located at the intersection of the E40 and the E314. The apartment is less than 5 minutes driving from the highway exit.
Are you coming by public transport? That is also very practical: Leuven and Heverlee train stations are 2 km and 1 km away respectively. There are several bus stops a few dozen meters from Study-o: Sint-Kwintenskerk (bus lines 1 & 2) and Naamsepoort (bus lines outer ring bus 600, inner ring bus 601 and several other bus lines).
Grab a pint at 'the longest bar in the world'? The 'Oude Markt' is barely a 10min walk away. Need a bite to eat? Leuven has a huge range of catering establishments: restaurants serving food from all over the world, brown bars, Michelin-starred restaurants, student bars. There is something for everyone's taste and that in just a few km².
There are several supermarkets, eateries and takeaways within a 5-minute walk of Study-o.
Are you here on business? The campuses of various educational institutions such as the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL) are within walking or cycling distance of Study-o. The Arenberg Science Park with, among other things, the imec research center and the Haasrode Research Park are barely 3 km and 4 km away respectively.
Are you in Leuven for medical reasons? The Heilig Hart regional hospital is just one street away and the Gasthuisberg university hospital is 3 km from Study-o, easily accessible by bus.
Would you rather dive into nature than the city? Just cross the ring for a walk in the Arenberg Park. In line with this you will find the Egenhovenbos, the Heverleebos and the Meerdaalwoud, good for hours of walking and cycling fun. The nearby 'Abdij van Park' also offers a relaxing setting.
